Kaerhon Brush Pack v1 for Mypaint 1.1

This brush pack is now licenced under the CC0. That means everything is fine to do.
if you base brushes on mine and release brush packs, i'd like to be told, so i can try it (there's, obviously, no obligation, i just like to try brushes ).

I changed some things too : there was an issue with slow dab tracking setting causing holes in the strokes. I didn't see there was slow dab tracking in some of these brushes (half of it), so i disabled it, causing brushes to be slightly faster (i don't see the difference) but strokes are now fine. That issue was recently fixed in development versions. For those who don't build mypaint, it should help avoiding "ghost dabs".

finally i deleted "extreme_flat# because it did things that i didn't want.

The group will now appear as "kaerhon v1"

Loula brush pack becomes Kaerhon brush pack.

Those brushes are carefully selected from a big folder full of brushes, endlessly growing.
This is the best of what I did. Those are brushes with polished parameters.
